Makes ANC and sound quality noticeably worse with Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2s, but great customer support

Bought these for my Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2s after having Comply eartips for my 1st gen AirPods Pro and it made them worse: sound quality and ANC took a huge hit even after ensuring they were the right size and matched the size I wear for the included ear tips. I’m giving 2 stars because the customer service I received was excellent! Initially I ordered the wrong size and, less than a day after contacting support I was given a link to order the correct size for free. Even though that correct size didn’t work, the customer support agent attempted to provide troubleshooting tips to ensure we tried all possible avenues. I’m currently waiting on a response to my request for a refund and offer to send them back, but so far customer service did everything they could to help. It’s a shame the eartips didn’t provide what I wanted
