Installation Instructions
Step One
Remove the stock eartips from your AirPods Pro and install your Comply Foam tip.
Step Two
Align the tip and press down until you hear a secure “click.” Ensure the tips is secure before use.
Step Three
Pinch sides to compress foam. Insert into ear and hold in place until fully expanded.
Step Four
To Remove: Firmly pinch the ear tip and pull directly off.

Our memory foam AirPod Pro ear tips love the heat your ears provide to create the perfect seal and make them comfortable all day. However, it is recommended that the tips be allowed to return to room temperature if exposed to extreme heat or cold.
Sometimes my Comply™ AirPod Pro Ear Tips Interfere with the lid closing, how can I stop this from happening?
Due to the nature of our heat activated memory foam and the ear canal environment, our foam can expand after being in your ears. A slight squish of the ear tips as you put them into the charging case should allow the case to close and charging to occur without issue. This may be more prevalent with the size large tips.
Can I clean Comply™ Foam Ear Tips for Apple AirPods Pro?
Occasionally cleaning the tips will have a positive effect on their lifespan. The recommended way to clean Comply™ tips is to wipe tips down with plain water using a damp washcloth. Allow them to air dry before their next use.
Never use soap, detergent or alcohol-based cleaners as they will break down the foam. We also recommend that you do not handle immediately after applying lotions or hand sanitizer.

The lifespan for these ear tips depends on use. Average use is about 3 months per pair of tips. How you use the tips, body chemistry (earwax, oils, etc.), and environment all affect how long your tips will last.
Replace your AirPod Pro ear tips when they start to “flake”, tear or lose their memory foam properties (for example, the foam expands quickly rather than slowly).
What should I do if my AirPods Pro Tips Don't Fit Well?
We have designed these to fit most customers ear canals, but there is a chance that our core design is not for everyone. Before deciding these are not for you, prep the tips before inserting in your ear. Quickly compress the tip with your thumb and forefinger, insert and hold the device in place for a few seconds while the foam comfortably expands to fit your ear canal.
Do Comply™ ear tips include the same mesh as the original AirPods Pro Tips?
Yes, these tips will include the same style mesh that the AirPods Pro tips include and should not impact your acoustic experience. We advise our customers to avoid cleaning the mesh unless it is needed. Only apply gentle pressure when cleaning the mesh.
Apple recommends cleaning the mesh when there is an issue while performing their “Ear Tip Fit Test”. Our tips do not need this. If you have an issue with the Ear Tip Fit Test, you may need a different size.
What size Comply™ ear tips should I use?
If the silicone tips included with the device feel snug or you pass the Ear Tip Fit Test, we recommend using the same size foam tips. For silicone tips that feel loose, slip or do not pass the Ear Tip Fit Test, we recommend you go a size up. If the silicone tips feel too large in your ear or are uncomfortable, try the next size down. Sometimes, you may need different size tips for each ear. We offer an assorted package with 1 pair of each size: small, medium and large.
