Samsung had temporarily paused shipments and sales of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro due to widespread concerns about their original silicone ear tips. Early customers reported issues with fragile silicone tips that often tore during removal. In some cases, the internal core would get stuck on the device, causing damage—or worse, remain lodged in their ears. These challenges required us to approach the design of our replacement tips with extra care and precision.
To address these challenges, we’ve had to make precise adjustments to our core design on Small and Large size tips to ensure the tips fit seamlessly with the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. This also prevents issues such as the tips breaking or getting stuck in the earbuds—or worse, your ears. Our focus is to deliver a product that enhances your experience without compromise, and we refuse to rush this process.
While we don’t have a release date to share at this time, we want to assure you that we’re working tirelessly to bring these tips to market as soon as possible.
